As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns. If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately in writing by emailing hello@thecandyco.co.uk along with photographic evidence. If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.
