Order dispatch & cut-off times
Any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. We don't process any orders on Saturday and Sunday so orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Free Delivery is available to all orders over £20 in mainland United Kingdom. Please note that Free Delivery does not apply to the following areas: Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight. As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns. If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately in writing by emailing hello@thecandyco.co.uk along with photographic evidence. If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.
